DEVELOPING YOURSELF

This one day course is aimed at students aged from 14 to 16 and is designed for those who have completed a Teamwork Skills course or who wish to address more intensive development needs, including:

• a willingness to develop teamwork and leadership skills,
• a desire to combine learning and fun to stimulate discussion,
• a desire to deal with difficult issues without damaging individuals.

We use Honey & Mumford’s Learning Styles model and questionnaire for the theory input on this course.

This course can be used to prepare students for the Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award in Year 10. See our expeditions section opposite.
