The Bristol Climbing Centre Climbers Survey 2009 - Feedback  17/06/09

What we?re doing about it:

We?re reviewing the grade profile of all of our routes and tailoring them to your requirements.

We?ve introduced bouldering circuits to ensure we have sufficient problems at all levels.

We?re planning a major refurbishment of the toilets this summer.

We?re improving general cleaning routines around the building.

We?ve turned down the volume of music and are trying to keep it appropriate ? although you?ll appreciate it?s impossible to please everyone all of the time...

We?re also improving the quality and range of snacks available in the caf?.

Thanks once again to everyone who joined in - please continue to let us have your feedback and comments, both positive and negative. Also a massive thank you to Helen Lancaster for all of her hard work.

The Bristol Climbing Centre Climbers Survey 2009 - Feedback  17/06/09

What you think of us:

We received a huge amount of very positive feedback thank you very much! You liked the variety of climbing, great route setting friendly and helpful staff, excellent atmosphere, and child friendly feeling. The new coffee machine is a hit and you love flapjacks.

You prioritised the following improvements: less crowding; cleaner toilets; more routes of your standard; warmer in the winter; cleaner environment; more boulder problems of your standard.

You also had a lot to say about the music, although no one consistent message came out !

The Bristol Climbing Centre Climbers Survey 2009 - Feedback  17/06/09

Thanks to everyone who completed one of our Survey Questionnaires earlier this year. We had a total of 453 questionnaires completed by adult climbers between 12th March and 21st April 2009. This is a great response and gives us confidence that the results represent the large majority of our customers. Heres a summary of what you told us.

About You:
You told us a great deal about yourselves which will help us tailor the routes and boulder problems to your requirements thanks for that.
