Indoor Taster and Abseil Session (Rat Race) 19/04/10

Taking adventure sports out of the wilderness and putting them onto the streets of the World's coolest cities, the Rat Race is a totally unique adventure challenge in which teams race in a multi-sport test of endurance, skills and guts on a course that is only revealed hours before the event begins.

Sunday�s �Nine2Five� adventure, offers a full day�s worth of biking, abseiling, kayaking, climbing, navigation and mystery challenges city-wide.

Outdoor Taster Sessions 19/04/10

Come and climb on our local crag situated in the heart of Bristol. This famous city cliff provides a perfect introduction to climbing and abseiling on rock. The cliff catches the evening sun and is quick and easy to reach. Meeting at the crag, these evening sessions are a great way to sample rock climbing for the first time � don�t expect coloured holds though!

No experience neccesary. Every Thursday 6.30pm to 8.30pm. �20 per person. To make a booking please call 0117 908 3491.
