Q1. How can I pay for my booking?

We can accept credit or debit cards over the phone during Office hours (Monday to Friday 11am to 4pm), by cheque through the post, or by cash or cheque in person.

Q2. Can I prepay for my entries?

Only by taking out an elite membership.

Q3. How can I pay when I come climbing?

You can pay on the door by cash or cheque only. We regret we cannot accept credit or debit cards at reception.

Q4. Do you have a brochure?

Yes, we can post you the latest copy of our brochure – please call us or email us with your full name and address on 0117 908 3491, or enquiries@undercover-rock.com
