BEGINNERS’ COURSE

If you have decided that climbing is for you then a beginners’ course is the perfect introduction. The course assumes no previous climbing experience and will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to become a competent top-rope climber. A maximum instructor-student ratio of 1:6 ensures you will receive excellent tuition in general climbing wall safety, essential knots, belaying your climbing partner and advice on equipment. This is a 4.5 hour practical course which is split over 2 weeks.

Courses available Monday to Thursday 7pm - 9pm, Sunday at 12:30pm - 14:30pm on a fortnightly basis.

Part 2 is held on the same day the following week.
