Advanced Lead Climbing
Learn to lead to your limit with confidence in yourself and your belayer. This indoor course concentrates on the skills needed to climb to your potential. The 3 hour course will focus on the following areas:
- Technique – efficient movement, reading sequences, smooth clipping, falling
- Psychology – planning climbs, focusing, controlling fear, self-belief
- Belaying – anticipating the climber, dynamic arrests
- Training – planning effective sessions, red pointing and on-sighting
